Acquisitions

Our managed projects have ranged from ground-up standalone retail development to large downtown multifamily and office redevelopment opportunities.
Our team is adeptly skilled at managing through the full development life cycle from engineering, design, tenant approvals, permitting, financing, construction, and obtaining local-, state-, and federal- level incentives.
Construction
We provide in-house construction management and owner’s rep services for all of our
ground-up, redevelopment, and tenant buildout projects.
We manage the full construction process and management of third-party general contractors from inception to closeout.
Management
