Downtown Detroit Partnership

– Elia Group works with the Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP) to operate Food & Beverage concepts and events located in Detroit’s urban core public spaces surrounding Campus Martius Park.

– Located in the heart of downtown, Campus Martius Park is Detroit’s Gathering Place for both residents and visitors. Campus Martius Park was named “Top Public Square” by USA Today for two consecutive years and has won countless awards for public space design, management, operations, placemaking and programming.

– The Downtown Detroit Partnership is a private-public partnership that provides leadership and innovation in public space concepts, design, programming and, placemaking in Detroit and internationally, and is a catalyst for economic development in Wayne County.

– Beginning in 2016 through acquisition of Parc Restaurant, the close working partnership with DDP has expanded to encompass all food and beverage operations in and around Campus Martius Park. The differentiated offering of food and beverage venues conceived and operated by Elia Group create warm and welcoming environments that authentically offer something for everyone that lives, works, and plays in Downtown Detroit. Successfully drawing residents and guests to these venues in Downtown Detroit further helps the DDP generate revenue which financially supports public parks and other public cleanliness and safety services in the city.
