– Elia Group added Parc Restaurant, located in heart of Campus Martius in Downtown Detroit, to its portfolio in 2016.
– Prior to the Elia Group’s involvement, the venue was originally opened in 2004 as an Au Bon Pain and then, beginning in 2010, operated as an under-performing American Bistro-style cafe.
– Elia Group completely reimagined the space and elevated the culinary experience to match the vibrancy and activity of Campus Martius Park and the unprecedented resurgence of downtown Detroit.
– The property is operated in partnership with Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP). The Downtown Detroit Partnership is a private-public partnership that provides programming and placemaking in Detroit and is a catalyst for economic development in Wayne County.
