Experience Zuzu

– Elia Group spent the better part of the 2022 calendar year working through a comprehensive development of the Experience Zuzu restaurant concept and overarching Zuzu Brand in partnership with world-renowned design firm iCrave.

– This bespoke concept will deliver a hospitality experience unlike anything currently available in Michigan or the Midwest. The in-house team of hospitality experts at Elia Group worked through every front-of-house and back-of–house design detail and touchpoint from material selections and furnishings to audio/visual technology to ensure a magnetic environment and multifaceted guest experience consistent with the Zuzu Brand.

– Utilizing the design and brand work completed this past year, other Zuzu locations are currently in the works in additional major metropolitan markets throughout the country.

– The Experience Zuzu Detroit restaurant location and its companion venue, Upstairs Bar, are slated to open in June 2023.
