Originally an Au Bon Pain and then an under-performing American Bistro-style café, we completely reimagined the space and elevated the culinary experience to match the vibrancy and activity of Campus Martius Park and the unprecedented resurgence of downtown Detroit, winning HOUR Magazine's coveted Restaurant of the Year.

Elia Group is transforming a previously vacant and underutilized retail space in the 511 Woodward building into a “first-of-its-kind” restaurant and lounge in Downtown Detroit.

We serve as a Preferred Developer for Starbucks. Through this strategic partnership, Elia Group has acquired, coordinated, and worked directly with the Starbucks team to build stand-alone retail locations to the exacting specifications of the Starbucks Corporation.
